The colour blue and weightloss.

I just read something rather interesting today regarding the colour blue and its ability to suppress appetite. Apparently if you look at all the food you have in your fridge or anywhere where you can buy them, you can hardly see naturally blue food. Well, other than the blueberries which don't grow everywhere in the world. It seems that we do not have an automatic appetite trigger responding to the colour blue, in fact our basic instinct (as we developed from our ancestors from million years ago) to avoid poisonous food, and the colour blue or any other dark coloured food is a warning colour sign.

So you can try all the top weight loss pills in the market to lose weight or you can try these simple experiments to see whether the colour blue really does make you lose your appetite and eat less.

1. Serve your food on a dark blue coloured plate.
2. Use blue light bulb for your refrigerator and at the dining area.
3. Colour your food blue with safe edible food colouring.

Nothing to lose if you try. :)
