Losing weight.

From 55 kg to 53 kg and now 50 kg. Hopefully will reach my target weight soon. :) Not using any diet pills or appetite suppressant supplements (perhaps it would be easier if I use them?). But self-restriction. Sometimes I use self suggestion, saying that I don't like certain food. I stopped eating junk food. I used to grab a few packets of potato chips every time I go shopping. Nowadays I don't even feel like looking at a bag of chips. ;P A bit difficult but it worked for me somehow. 4 more Kgs to go!
