Do you get a mindblock sometimes when thinking of a proper title for your blog post? Happens to me plenty of times. This is one of those times. So beg your pardon for the lack of imagination with the title. :P
I haven't been able to update much or go browsing my blogger friends' blogs these days because my internet connection is horrible. I can only browse a few websites without getting my blood pressure high. Some blogs with so many images or widgets on them? Forget it. It'd take forever to load. If they load at all. Not to mention the occassional disconnection.
I really hope the t-home people would finally do something instead of sitting on their fat asses and make empty promises. Not to mention lying. We made an order more than a month ago. The 2nd week after the order we called them up to follow up, some b***h said they are doing something about it. Waited another 2 weeks, still nothing. Called again. The guy said the order wasn't even taken. Way to go Magyar Telekom. Hire idiots and liars to work. Went to the kiosk last week. The lady there also promised she would follow up. Nope, nothing.
I'm not saying that we have top-notch customer service back home in Malaysia. But I have to say not this terrible. Lying?? My husband gave up on following up on them. I tried to call. I had to wait 20 minutes until somebody picked up the phone. I needed to choose what language to use. Clearly I chose English. Minutes later, somebody picked up, I told the person our problem. He said he couldn't handle it then transferred my call. Then a lady picked up, I spoke something, and she without greeting or anything just transferred me to listen to a recorded messages saying that for English conversation with the customer service I had to make a call only on Business days. WTF??!! Why did they waste my bloody time then? Why not put the recording at the beginning?? Gosh, I worked in a customer service line, but this is one sloppy job I tell ya. I really feel sorry for the Hungarians for having to put up with this kind of terrible service.
Thinking about it gets me work up a little..... who wouldn't eh?? after one month then only say our order not in record?? And nobody can speak English?? I really do have more than a handful of vulgar adjectives to use on them.
I have reviews to write and I'm hoping to find out some information about neighbouring countries like Slovakia, Croatia, Czech, Austria; also the different ways of getting there (travelling by boat or ferry seems fun) and about the travel medical insurance , etc. Just noting down information gets me excited as if we're going tomorrow. :P Unfortunately with this kind of connection I'm having, put me off the tasks. Damn it. Once you're in the mood for a little rant everything reminds you of it.

that sucks! and I thought Malaysia has the worst customer service team! Of course, I would get pissed too if I had to deal with idiots like that. How could the lady say she'd so something and actually did nothing abt it. Syari, here, ASTRO's customer service sucks like hell too. Just like you told here, it's the same and I experienced it. After several days, when I called back someone else said my order wasn't taken. of course, senang nak maki sebab bahasa sendiri. LOL
Hey!
Hope you are doing fine over in Hungary! I understand your frustration. Over here, they wouldn't even open their mouths to speak to me even if they understand English. They told me they are embarassed to converse in English with me!
Don't forget to visit me if your family decides to come over to Croatia! :D
Farah, several days okay. 1 month! Still fine. We called them up after 2 weeks of our order, the customer service said they are working on it. The order was not in record in the first place how come she said they are working on it? That's plain lying. Most probably lazy to find out. We wasted a month because some lazy b***h.
Sher, I don't like Hungary these past few weeks. Embarrased to speak the language I understand, but for a company that needs to deal with foreigners on occassion don't tell me they cannot hire somebody who speaks? I doubt foreigners face this back home in Singapore or Malaysia. Most European countries seems to be more foreign intolerant compared to Asian countries.
