Today we had steamed salmon for dinner. While eating the fish one particular dish came to my mind. Laksa Kedah.
It's my favourite dish. I would eat Laksa at least once a month more than that sometimes. Good thing, even my husband loves it. For me, the ones that I make myself are the best so far. :P Not that I am such a good cook, but simply because I would cook it to my liking.Perhaps this weekend I will try to find for the ingredients. If not all at least the main ones must be there. I just have no idea where to get the kind of noodles here. Gee, should have put in the list of things I need when I asked someone to post me some things. Perhaps on my next request.
For now I can only enjoy the picture.

Yeah, food like assam laksa, nasi lemak, kuih-muih and other local delicacies would be hard to find elsewhere.

Serena, thanks for the add. Here for some time. Husband's a local here. Nasi lemak is easy to make because the ingredients are not that hard to find. Assam laksa is the one that's not easy to make my own. Ingredients are quite impossible to find here.
Farah, takde jumpa so far. Kalau ada pun mungkin mahal bangat lah. Ada pun beehun je boleh jumpa. :D
